Thomas A. Grissen, CEO
Thomas A. Grissen is Daon’s CEO and a member of Daon's Board of Directors. Tom oversees all strategic and operational aspects of the business worldwide and is based in Daon’s Reston, Virginia office. Tom brings 20+ years of technology experience to Daon. His career spans some of the world’s largest information technology companies to early stage “pure play” software companies. In all cases, these were companies of consequence within their industry.
Conor White, President, Americas
Conor White is President of the Americas for Daon and a member of Daon’s Board of Directors. He brings to bear over 18 years of experience innovating and leading identification management technologies such as the development of biometrics, smart cards, electronic payments, PKI, information security and e-business infrastructure.
Diana Donohue, CFO
As Chief Financial Officer for Daon, Diana oversees all financial functions of the Company. Diana is a member of Daon’s Board of Directors, serving as Secretary and sits on the Board of Directors for DTIS (Daon Trusted Identity Services) a joint venture with AAAE (American Association of Airport Executives). As CFO, her role includes serving as a business partner to other members of the management team for a unified approach to all aspects of the Company’s business. Diana brings over 18 years of financial and business management experience ranging from small, privately owned businesses to large, publicly traded Fortune 500 companies.
Martin Walsh, Chief Legal Counsel
Martin is Daon’s Chief Legal Counsel and Head of Government Affairs. As such Martin is responsible for managing all legal and regulatory activity across the company. Martin is also responsible for directing Daon’s political and government affairs strategy.
James Ahern, Chief Technology Officer
As the CTO of Daon and a member of Daon’s Board of Directors, James Ahern is responsible for the design and delivery of the company’s biometric systems to its customers. Prior to serving as CTO, James was the Chief Architect at Daon, where he was responsible for the design of many of Daon’s biometric based products and technologies.
Clive Bourke, President, EMEA & APAC
Clive Bourke is President of EMEA and APAC for Daon and is a member of Daon’s Board of Directors. Clive and his team are responsible for all Daon’s business activities across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. They deliver and support biometric and identity solutions in banking, border control, visa, national ID, immigration, registered traveler, population registries, voter registration and customer credentialing. They work directly with end customers and through partners across the EMEA and APAC financial and public sectors.
Robert Long, Sr. Vice President, Americas
As Senior Vice President for the Americas, Bob is responsible for new business development, sales, channel partners and distribution resellers for North and South America. Bob has more than 20 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
Leo Ring, Vice President of Sales, Americas
Leo Ring leads Daon’s sales efforts in the Americas region. He joined Daon in 2001 and has been responsible for Daon’s programs and relationship with the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for several years. During his time at Daon, he has worked to support a number of border management and immigration authority modernization initiatives in Europe, North America and Asia.
Paul Kenny, Chief Technical Architect
As Chief Technical Architect of Daon, Paul Kenny is responsible for the design and delivery of the company’s identity solutions and products to its global customer base. Prior to serving as CTA, Paul was a Principal Technical Consultant at Daon, where he was responsible for the design and delivery of many of Daon’s largest deployments across the globe.
John Duggan, Senior Vice President of ANZ and SE Asia
John Duggan and his team are responsible for all of Daon’s business across Australia and New Zealand. They create, deliver and support innovative biometric and identity solutions in both the commercial and public sectors including, but not limited to, digital services for consumers, citizen identity services, border security and employee credentialing.
Lynne Kemp, Vice President of HR
As Vice President of HR, Lynne Kemp (MCIPD) and her team are responsible for the global HR function with a core focus on leading the Company’s efforts to attract, develop, and retain world class talent. Lynne has more than 16 years’ experience in the field of International Human Resources. Prior to joining Daon in 2010 Lynne cultivated her career in HR working at the US multinational manufacturing company Reflexite, and prior to that at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has significant experience working with management and employees on the ground in Asia Pacific, the USA and EMEA.
Travis Wachter, Director of Marketing Communications
As the Director of Marketing Communications, Travis oversees the marketing and public relations strategy and implementation for Daon. Travis joined Daon in June of 2015 and brings more than 10 years of experience leading integrated marketing communications campaigns.
