Daon Professional Services uses proven methodologies to assist with the proper planning and implementation of Daon technology. Our Deployment Services include both deployment planning and installation services:
- Deployment Planning - This service provides assistance in developing detailed project management plans for the deployment of Daon biometric software solutions including access to on-site and/or remote project management expertise
- Installation Services - Daon offers two types of installation service:
- Technical Proof of Concept: Designed to assist customers in implementing a biometric pilot program and establishing the criteria for a "proof-of-concept" solution, this service is ideal for supporting pre-pilot, pilot or biometric vendor competitive analysis. This service provides excellent hands-on technical knowledge transfer between Daon's Solution Engineers and an organization's biometric solution administrators.
- Standard Installation: This service involves installation and configuration of the core biometric components by a Daon Solutions Engineer in the customer environment. The Solutions Engineer installs the Daon infrastructure and applications, ensures they are fully operational and provides hands-on training to the administrators.
