Duggan is an expert in identity management and has extensive experience, as a secure solutions architect, in both Government and the Financial Industry. He has more than 12 years experience in Information Security, with a rich knowledge in the fields of cryptography, smartcards and public key infrastructure (PKI). He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics (Hon) degree from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.
